The volcanic Rocks hide a unique story; an ancient society that our eyes wouldn’t have been able to see with the naked eye.
Boscarró pathway is part of the Itinerannia path network. It starts in front of the old stone quarry of Boscarró. From this point you begin the ascent to a big esplanade where the archaeological remains found show the existence of a unique Iberian village in the Garrotxa county, and exceptional in the province of Girona.
Boscarró becomes a fantastic viewpoint on the Fluvià River. A place to follow the different excavation phases started in 2013 and accomplished in different periods of the year. It is a place to realise the beauty of the environment.
